Brent Wilkinson is a Boston-based executive and business transformation coach with more than three decades of C-suite experience across financial services, infrastructure software, and professional services — including senior leadership roles at IBM Turbonomic, HealthFleet, and John Hancock. He currently serves as Interim Director of CEEDS at Salem State University’s Bertolon School of Business and is the founder of JBW Growth Advisors, where he coaches leaders on transformational change and servant leadership. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University. Brent joined the 100 Gardens Board of Directors in 2024, drawn to the mission of using aquaponics to nurture stronger students, healthier communities, and more resilient food systems.
